The Internationalization team at Kaufland e-commerce plays a crucial role in expanding our online marketplaces into new countries. To do this, we increasingly rely on automated processes and scalable technical solutions to enter new markets quickly and efficiently. The team works cross-functionally with all areas of the company to ensure our international success.

Your tasks – this is what awaits you in detail

• You turn business processes into automated, self-serve solutions — from discovery to rollout, partnering closely with business departments to analyze and redesign existing workflows

• You design and optimize AI-driven solutions, drawing on strong, hands-on expertise in modern LLMs and the surrounding ecosystem to ensure they perform reliably at scale

• You collaborate with our Center of Excellence for Automation to propose, prioritize, and lead initiatives that improve our automation and AI platforms

• You work cross-functionally with technical experts, product managers, and business leaders to share best practices, document patterns, and enable self-serve automation across the company

• You define and track the metrics that prove the automation is working, and optimize against them

Your profile – this is what we expect from you

• Product Mindset: You have experience in product ownership or agile project management, with a track record of gathering requirements, prioritizing backlogs, and balancing quick wins with long-term scalability

• Proactive Problem Solver: You don't just take orders; you actively identify bottlenecks and propose scalable, user-centric solutions

• You have experience with automation/orchestration tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, etc

• You are comfortable integrating SaaS tools and internal systems via APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and event-driven patterns
